TOM YUM
is a classic Thai Hot and Spicy Soup, very polular amongst the Thais.Ccan be made with any combination of seafood,poultry or meat

INGREDIENTS:

Vegetable Stock 60%
Mushroom 8%
Tom yum paste 12%
Lemongrass 4%
Lime leaves 0.8%
Galanga 4%
Lemon juice 3.2%
Chilli 2%

 

PREPARATION:

150g prawns (fish, chicken or beef sirloin)

250g water

In a pot, pour the tom yum sauce. Add water. Add prawns (fish, beef, or chicken). Boil till tender. Serve with Khun Perm's Ready-to-eat rice.
