YUM TALAY
has a very sharp lemony taste and is often served as pre-meal starter with drinks. It can be made with any combination of seafood.

INGREDIENTS:
Chilli  8.51%
Crushed garlic 13.45%
Fish sauce 10.00%
Palm sugar 32.60%
Lemonade 35.44%

PREPARATION:

Prepare a serving dish with the fresh vegetables and set aside. Boil the fish balls, prawns and squid till cook. Drain and add to a salad bowl. Add the yum talay dressing and mix thoroughly. Serve together with the fresh vegetables.
